The two half-day workshops have been designed specifically for people occupying management and technical roles who want to enhance their knowledge, skills and capabilities.
The two workshops are both client-focussed and will help those attending retain clients and ultimately win more business. Delegates on the workshops will:
- gain a deeper understanding as to how clients interact with their business;
- be better equipped to identify clients’ needs and wants;
- understand how to effectively retain and win new clients; and
- How to make time in their busy schedules for effective business generation.
Specific details about each workshop can be found on the links below:
Terry O’Mahony, CEO and Founder of CLC said “We are delighted to have the opportunity to collaborate with the CIOB, which is the construction industry’s largest professional institution and whose remit is the education and development of its members and the wider industry population.
These workshops offer a great opportunity for delegates to gain a deeper insight into the workings of business development; what it takes to manage client relationships effectively; and how to make time for business generation, which is crucial for every business to survive.”
The workshops will be held in the East Midlands and are scheduled on 8 June and 13 July respectively. Places are limited, so it’s advisable to book early!
