CLC was established by Terry O’Mahony because, after many years of him attending various networking events, he felt an even better platform and experience was necessary. He therefore chose to create Construction Leaders Club, a monthly networking event that is built on two key principles:
1. To bring together like-minded people associated with the construction industry to connect, build relationships and do business; and
2. to share and develop knowledge, experiences and capabilities in order to achieve growth.
Over the past few years, Terry and the team have grown CLC into a popular, constructive and expanding community. Responding to member requests, CLC has developed a suite of Mastermind-style programmes to help business owners and their teams to grow in leadership and management capability, knowledge and skills, which in turn enhances growth and profitability within the business.
